Flexi time Work Arrangements

Vibrant Tech has ambitious plans to grow to the next level of knowledge dissemination and also embark on newer business opportunities. To meet this need, the company is looking to retain a panel of resource persons who have retired from service and also housewives who had worked and gained technical expertise but are not working now due to family reasons.

Retired professionals

You should be a recently retired senior management professional in the rank of General manager and above. Age should be below 65 years. Your area of expertise could be in any field (IT, Telecom, Life Sciences, Automobile, Aeronautical or any other) and in any function (General Mgmt, Marketing, Technical, HR, Materials, Finance etc). Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet and mails) is essential. You should be keen to share your knowledge and expertise with young corporate professionals.

Job A: Course Director:

In this job, you will help Vibrant Tech organizing a seminar or Corporate training programs in your area of expertise. You will identify a topic, develop course agenda, enlist experts as speakers and also be the moderator (if you wish) on the day of the event. Vibrant Tech will market the program to get sponsors and delegates based on your input and arrange to conduct the program. These programs will be repeated in different parts of the country.

In this job you can look forward to a platform in which you can still stay in touch with your field of expertise and share your knowledge with younger professionals without really playing a full time second innings. You will have flexible timing and get to meet/work along with professionals of very high caliber. You will get a decent honorarium based on your contribution.

Job B: Chief Mentor:

You will identify a business opportunity for products or services in your area of expertise, develop business strategies and plans, and arrange to execute the same under Vibrant brand. Vibrant Tech will arrange for resources (men, material and money). The initial investment should not be more than Rs. 10 lacs. The project duration from concept to commissioning should not be more than three months.

In this job, you will get to fulfill your unrealized pre-retirement period dreams. You will also be able to transfer your knowledge/technical know-how to young crop of professionals to carry on. You will be adequately compensated for your efforts.

Housewives

You were a working professional (minimum of three years) and had gained significant technical or functional expertise in any domain. You want to share your knowledge by training youngsters. You have good computer literacy and are looking for some flexi-time work and some money to earn.

Job A: Trainer:

In this job you will train “working professionals” and freshers in your domain area to upgrade their skill or making them easily employable. You may also guide them to execute a project. We have an infrastructure that is conducive for training and learning. You will develop the course content and conduct the training. Vibrant Tech will market the program and get the trainees. We will work out a convenient time for you to visit our premises. You will be paid a decent remuneration based on your contribution.

Job B: Research Analyst:

You will be given a topic in your domain area for us to conduct a seminar. Towards this, you will collect technical/functional information from the Internet and journals, develop a seminar agenda, validate the same with industry experts and enlist speakers. Vibrant Tech will market and organize the event. You will be paid remuneration based on your contribution.
